Please read these Terms and Conditions (‘Trading Terms’) carefully before using our website. By continuing to use our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the conditions detailed therein.

1. Definitions and Interpretations
1.1 In these terms and conditions the following words have these definitions:
i. Contract – the ‘customer & business’ binding trading terms of the order(s) being placed.
ii. Goods – all the items, training courses & other services listed on our website which you can buy on-line from Rifleman Firearms Ltd.
iii. Intellectual Property - all patents, database rights, copyright(s), design rights, product and general graphics, trademarks and or other similar rights whether currently pending, registered or yet un-registered. We reserve the right to apply for protection of them.
iv. Order - the order for goods placed by you and accepted by Rifleman Firearms subject to these trading terms.
v. Us, Our, We (whether in capitals or lower case) refers to Rifleman Firearms Ltd, Unit 11 Bowdens Farm Business Park, Hambridge, Langport, Somerset, TA10 0BP.
vi. User - any individual who browses or places an order(s) through our website.
vii. Warranty Period – for brand new items, a minimum period of 12-months from the date the goods are delivered to you. Extended or reduced warranties are offered on certain new and pre-used items.
viii. Website – the website(s) located at our URLs (www.riflemanfirearms.co.uk or www.riflemanfirearms.com) or other URLs that we may obtain or use from time to time.
ix. Working Days - Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm & Saturdays to 3pm but not Sundays or other days which are recognised as a UK public or bank holiday.

2. Headings
i. Headings, sub-headings and category names are for convenience only and shall not affect or alter the interpretation of these trading terms.

3. Application of these ‘Trading Terms’
i. If you are submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these trading terms. If you are only browsing, your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these trading terms relevant to that activity.
ii. We reserve the right to vary, amend or change these trading terms at any time. When we do, the updated conditions will be posted on our website and you agree to any new terms by continuing to use the website thereafter.

4. Content
i. The content of this website is owned by Rifleman Firearms Ltd with all rights reserved. You are permitted to download hard copy images and print extracts from the website strictly for your own personal and strictly non-commercial use. Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights expressed within all text, data, images and descriptions on our website are owned by us.

5. Links
i. All other external websites and their content, products and services are not under our control and should not be considered or implied to be endorsed or approved by Rifleman Firearms Ltd. We do not accept any liability in connection with any third-party websites and their content that may be accessed through our own website.
ii. If you would like to link to our website, you may only do so on the basis that you link to, but do not replicate, the home or any other subsequent pages of our website and are subject to the following conditions:
iii. You do not remove, distort or alter the size, colour or appearance of our logo(s) and or mottos.
iv. You do not create any distortion to the appearance or change the format of the pages on our website(s).
v. You do not in any way imply that we are endorsing yourself, your company or any products or services that you offer.
vi. You do not misrepresent your relationship with us nor present any other false information that could imply we are partnered with you.
vii. You do not use any trademarks or logos relating to Rifleman Firearms Ltd or any of its associated companies.
viii. You are not permitted to link from a website that is not owned by you.
ix. You must ensure that your website does not contain any distasteful, offensive or controversial content and that it does not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or organisation and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
x. We expressly reserve the right to revoke the link to the website for breach of any of the above conditions and to take any action we or our legal representatives deem appropriate and proportionate.
xi. You will fully indemnify us against any loss or damage incurred by us as a result of your breach of the above conditions.

6. Privacy Policy
i. You have read and therefore, by virtue of continuing to use this website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Website Service Access
i. We always endeavour to ensure that our website(s) is available 24 hours a day but give no guarantee of its availability or performance. Nor shall we be liable if for any reason our website(s) is unavailable at any time due (but not limited) to maintenance, migration, IT or technical failure, updates or for any other reason beyond our control.

8. Registration
i. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your username and or password with any other user(s). Responsibility for the security of all usernames and passwords is yours.

9. Disclaimer
i. We always endeavour to ensure that the information on our website(s) is correct but do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of its content. We may make changes to the content on our website(s) at any time and without notice. Occasionally, some material on our website(s) may become out of date and we make no commitment to update such material.

10. Eligibility for Goods and Services
i. By submitting an order using this website, you warrant and confirm to us that you are over 18 years old.
ii. If you are not able or willing to give the guarantee and confirmation detailed in clause 10.i above, then you must not submit an order to us.
iii. If you continue to place an order and we subsequently ascertain that you are under the age of 18, then we reserve the right to cancel your order.

11. Product Information
i. We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display and replicate the colours, designs and sizes of the goods for sale on our website(s). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that designs, colours, shapes and patterns shown on the website are best replications only. Colours, in particular, may differ due to your own computer's visual settings and hardware and the colour definition displayed is beyond our control.
ii. If the goods you have ordered are not available in the colour, design, size or specification you have requested we will notify you of the colours, designs, sizes and specifications currently available. Your Order will not be accepted until you agree to alternatives or resubmit your order for the goods in an available colour, design, size or specification.

12. Purchasing Contract
i. Please follow directions given on the website to place an order. Once you have placed an order and we have received payment in accordance with paragraph 13 below we will confirm receipt of your order.

13. Price and Payment
i. The price payable for the goods is shown on the website. ‘Check out’ prices, where applicable, include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) but excludes postage, packing, insurance and any applicable export or import duties to countries outside the UK. Delivery options and charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in full in advance. We endeavour to ensure prices are correct but may not reflect the actual & correct price which we reserve the right to change. Any orders placed with an incorrect price may not be honoured and a full refund will be offered should the new price not be acceptable to the buyer.
ii. VAT, where applicable, is charged on goods sold by Rifleman Firearms Ltd within the borders of the United Kingdom (UK) and in accordance with the agreements governing members of the European Union. Please note that we are bound by current law to charge VAT on all orders delivered to addresses outside of the UK and within the EU.
iii. For orders placed outside of the EU, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to prove that they are situated outside of the EU. VAT will be charged but then refunded on proof of delivery location outside of the EU.
iv. Individual countries have their own levels of Import Duty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves that the product(s) purchased from our websites are not dutifully bound to any further duty or tax. The responsibility for payment of any levy/import duty or tax liable is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
v. Payment shall be made by you through a secure payment portal on the website and shall not be deemed to be made until we have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in each order.
vi. Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted or processed.
vii. Instore prices may vary to those listed on our website for the same item(s). For example, for gun packages where we will personalise the package with scope mounting & alignment, set up and zeroing on our ranges.

14. Your right to cancel or return your order
i. These conditions do not infringe on or affect your statutory rights.
ii. You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth (14th) day from the date you received the goods*, unless it is a pre-agreed ‘Special Order’ item**. In all cases providing the goods remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable and able to be re-sold as originally advertised.
iii. If your website, phone or shop order is a ‘Made-to-Order’ or ‘Special Order’ item and subsequently confirmed and acknowledged to yourself by us and therefore will be especially built and/or ordered for you as a non-standard item or deemed to be a 'custom' purchase due to, but not limited to, materials, colour, calibre, options or other non-standard specifications and we have subsequently committed to the supplier, then we reserve the right to not cancel the order if we in turn either cannot cancel the order on the manufacturer or distributor or by doing so incur any costs.
iv. Where appropriate, to cancel your order, you must notify us of the reason(s) by email. Subject to our Returns Policy, the total amount debited from your payment card (less original postage costs) will be re-credited to the same account within 10 working days of your cancellation notice.
v. Unless the Goods are faulty, we reserve the right to recover any direct costs incurred by us in recovering the goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to your debit or credit card. Any deposits paid to temporarily hold or reserve goods are non-refundable after 7 days of payment.
vi. To return defective items, you must first inform us of the issues or faults, and we reserve the right to repair or replace the item or offer an alternative before a refund is offered. For further information, please read our full returns policy on our website.

15. Our right to cancel your order
i. We reserve the right to cancel your order if (but not limited to):
ii. We have insufficient stock to fulfil the order you have placed and cannot replenish stock within a reasonable time period.
iii. We do not or cannot deliver to your area or country of residence.
iv. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed with the incorrect description, price, and/or specification.
v. You have not paid in full for all goods and services including packaging and postage.
vi. We subsequently ascertain that you are underage for the goods in question.
vii. The item(s) is deemed as a non-stock ‘Special Order’ and you have not agreed to our ‘non-cancellable’ order condition.

16. Delivery of your order to you
i. Unless we notify you otherwise and/or full payment has not been made to us, as soon as your order has been accepted (and funds cleared), and your ordered item is a 'stock' or easily obtainable item without an extended delay, we will despatch your order within 7 working days (subject to stock availability &/or receiving relevant RFD license details from a receiving dealer of your choice) to the delivery address you give us at the time you place your order.
ii. If your ordered item is a non-standard item, a bespoke build or made-to or special order whose delivery to us is beyond our immediate control then all delivery times quoted are 'best endeavours' and may change from time to time.

17. Disclosure of Information to Government and other Law Enforcement Organisations
i. We may from time to time be requested to provide information to government or law enforcement bodies (including but not limited to The Home Office or individual Police Constabularies) with regards to any goods or services you purchase and you hereby consent to us doing so.

18. Liability and Limitation
i. If we do not deliver within a reasonable time scale or if the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective on delivery or during the Warranty Period or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Our only obligations (within a reasonable timescale) will be, at our discretion to:
ii. Make good all shortages and non-delivery of items.
iii. Replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
iv. On recovery of all supplied items, offer a full refund to you for the amount paid for the goods in question.
v. The above obligations shall not apply when such damage or defect has arisen as a consequence of any negligence, malicious or deliberate damage by the user or other third parties or their failure to comply with any reasonable instructions issued by the manufacturer or us in respect of maintenance and/or safe handling of the goods relevant to its intended use.
vi. We shall have no liability to you for any consequential, special or indirect losses including (but not limited to) loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings, damage to or loss of goodwill, reputation or data.
vii. Without prejudice, our total aggregate liability to you arising in relation to any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods ordered in that transaction.
viii. Nothing within these trading terms shall exclude, inhibit, restrict or limit your legal statutory rights.

19. Notices
i. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these trading terms and conditions, all notices and correspondence from you to us must be in writing and sent recorded post to Rifleman Firearms Ltd, Unit 11 Bowdens Farm Business Park, Hambridge, Langport, Somerset, TA10 0BP or by email to ask@riflemanfirearms.co.uk.
ii. We shall have no liability to you for any failure in delivering goods or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control such as, (but not limited to) industrial action or other disputes, breakdown of IT systems or vehicles, flood, fire, explosion, natural occurrences, pandemics or accidents.

20. Miscellaneous
i. If any part of these trading terms is deemed unenforceable by a magistrate or court of law, the enforceability of any other part of these trading terms will not be affected.
ii. These trading terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
iii. These trading terms, together with the order constitute the joint agreement relating to the supply of the goods by us to you.

iv. Payments for all commission sale items will be made after a 28-day ‘cooling off’ period from the date of purchase which the purchaser is legally entitled to, to be able to return the items in question.

21. Product Advertisements, Illustrations, Stock Descriptions & Availability
All website images are for guidance only and may not represent an exact match to colour or wood type or patterns etc and unless otherwise stated within the item's specific advertised description no accessories, such as, (but not limited to) telescopic sights, mounts, slings, moderators & bipods etc are included in the advertised price for the primary item.

Not all items illustrated on our website are always in stock, this is due to limitations of availability to us and is beyond our control, we endeavour to keep in stock a representative selection of products from all of the manufacturers we trade with but cannot guarantee that all items remain in stock at all times. Some items are 'special orders' which often results in prolonged delivery times. These times vary depending on the supplier and place of manufacture and are beyond our control. Due to current supply chain issues with most manufacturers & distributors orders of non-stock items may have an unspecified delivery time.

22. Gift Voucher Purchases
Shop & range shooting vouchers are to be redeemed within 6-months from the date of purchase. Shop vouchers can only be redeemed in the shop and range shooting vouchers at the range.

23. Shooting Experience & Training Course Cancelation Policy.
Once you have placed a booking and pre-paid for your chosen experience you will receive a confirmation email. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your original booking please allow at least 48-hours to do so to allow us to endeavour to reschedule staffing levels or accommodate any agreed changes. Failure to provide at least 48-hours’ notice will result in a cancellation or amendment fee of £25.00 per person. If you have given us at least 48 hours’ notice a 90% refund will be issued.

If you booked your shooting experience with us through a 3rd-party provider such as (but not limited to) Experience Days or Groupon etc and we cannot open that particular day due to staff shortages or other reasons beyond our control, then you may not receive notice of any unplanned closures from us or the 3-party booking agent. We will however be able to reschedule the experience to a new date and time.

Notes
* Items likely to be delivered to us and shipped within 3-months of purchase.
** Items likely to be delivered to us that take longer than 3-months are deemed as a ‘Special Order’ such as anything (but not limited to) items outside of the supplier’s catalogue EG barrel length, stock configuration and calibres etc. This is because Rifleman Firearms is liable for the resale cost of such bespoke items.

  1. The competition(s)
    1. These terms & conditions apply to all competitions listed on the promoter’s & sponsor’s website namely www.riflemanfirearms.co.uk which will also be referred to as ‘our website’ or ‘the website’.
    2. The Promoter may offer different formats to the any of its single or concurrently running competitions and are all subject to the following Terms & Conditions and separate entry fees are payable for each competition and/or times you enter. 
    3. Anyone who enters any of our competitions will be required to correctly answer a question set by us to judge the skill level of the person entering to play. If no question is required to be answered, then a free entry to the competition is available.
  2. How to enter
    1. The competition will run from & including the opening and closing dates specified on the relevant website page. These dates will be referred to as the “Start Date” and “Closing Date” in these terms and conditions. All published competition starting and closing times & dates mirror the current time & date in the United Kingdom.
    2. We reserve the right to modify either or both the start date (and time) and the closing date (and time) should we have or need to. If any dates and/or times are changed, all new information will be displayed on the relevant competition page on our website.
    3. All competition entries must be received by no later than the specified date & time on the relevant competition’s website page. Any competition entries received after the specified closing date & time will automatically be disqualified and no refunds will be given.
    4. The maximum number of entries to any competition will be stated on the relevant website page. Any entries entered after the maximum number has been reached will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be offered.

All entries, including free entries, will limited to 250 per person per competition and may not reach that figure if the maximum number of entries for the competition has already been reached.

    1. To enter the competition:
      1. Visit our website & choose the relevant competition you wish to enter.
      2. Correctly answer the competition entry question (if there is one).
      3. Complete and submit the online entry requirements & relevant confirmations.
      4. Decide on how many entries you would like to make and purchase the required number of tickets.
    2. All entries must be submitted in English and paid in UK Sterling currency or they will be automatically rejected.
    3. You will not be able to progress to the payment portal if your answer to the question is incorrect.
    4. The promoter &/or sponsor cannot accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed or are deleted by user error or lost or delayed regardless of the cause, including (but not limited to) as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failures of any kind.
    5. By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    6. You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:
      1. By sending your entry by first or second class post to the promoter at the address detailed at the top of these terms and conditions.
      2. Hand delivered entries can be accepted and will also be entered into the random draw.
      3. Please include with your entry the following information:
        1. Your full name.
        2. A written confirmation of your age.
        3. Your normal residential address.
        4. A contact telephone number & email address.
        5. Your answer to the relevant competition (if there is one).
      4. Incomplete, illegible and inappropriate (such as, but not limited to age restrictions etc) will be disqualified.
      5. You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the promoter) but each free entry must be submitted or posted or delivered to the promoter separately to the address detailed at the top of these terms and conditions.
      6. Multiple entries in one envelope will not be accepted. If a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.
      7. By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are fully eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
      8. Your entry must be received by the promoter prior to the published closing date and time. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw.
      9. The promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the competition question is correct;
      10. If the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
  1. Choosing a winner
    1. All Entrants who correctly answer the entry competition question will be placed into a draw and the winner will be chosen at random. If no competition question is asked, all entries will be entered into the draw. The draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible after the closing date. 
    2. All entrants will have their names and entry numbers entered on to a spreadsheet that will not be seen or be able to be accessed by any other player or member of the public.

  3. Eligibility
    1. The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over with the exception of:
      1. Any employees of the promoter or sponsor.
      2. Any employees of the relevant supplier or provider of the prize.
      3. Any members of the immediate families or households of the above.
    2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Depending on the prize, we may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and/or claim the prize. If you fail to provide the promoter or sponsor with any such proof or other information that we may require within 14-days of the draw you may be disqualified from the competition.
    3. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are (but not limited to):
      1. Automatically generated by computer; or
      2. Incomplete or
      3. Illegible.
    4. The promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. This includes if you are rude or abusive to the promoter and/or sponsor or anyone associated with them.
    5. No refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event, including (but not limited to);
      1. If, following your entry into the competition, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the competition or claim the prize.
      2. If, following your entry into the competition the eligibility criteria for entering the competition or claiming the prize changes and you are no longer eligible; or 
      3. if you are disqualified from the competition by the promoter or sponsor for any reason.
    6. If the Entrant engages in (but not limited to:
      1. Any form of fraud (actual or apparent).
      2. Fraudulent misrepresentation.
      3. Fraudulent concealment.
      4. Hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or
      5. Amending or unauthorised use of any of the code that constitutes the website

All of their entries will be declared void, no refunds will be given and they may be prevented from participating in any future competitions. 

  1. The prize
    1. The prize for each competition is described on the relevant website page. Details of the prize are, to the best of the promoter’s or sponsor’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the opening date. 
    2. Prizes are only offered that are available and in stock to be won.
    3. The prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”). Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the website.
      1. The promoter or sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for a similarly priced price if for whatever reason the intended prize becomes unavailable.
      2. Or, other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the promoter or sponsor makes it necessary to do so.
    4. All prizes are not negotiable or transferable.
  2. Winners
    1. The decision of the promoter sponsor is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
    2. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the draw has been made, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the Prize within 14 of days of the draw date, the promoter or sponsor reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible Entry selected from the correct entries that were received before the relevant competition’s closing date.
    3. As the promotor and/or sponsor, we will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award has taken place. To comply with this obligation the promoter or sponsor will publish the surname and county of prize winners on the website. 
    4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at ask@riflemanfirearms.co.uk prior to the closing date of the competition(s) you have entered. In such circumstances, the promoter or sponsor must provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority or any of their assigned agents on request. 
  3. Claiming the prize
    1. You must claim the prize personally. The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details of how the prize will be delivered to you (or made available for collection) are published on our website.
    2. If your personal details, including contact information, changes at any time you should notify the promoter or sponsor as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications should be sent via email to ask@riflemanfirearms.co.uk. Notifications must include details of the competition you have entered, such as your old details and your new details. If your details change within 10 days of the closing date, the promoter will use your old details if it needs to try to contact you.
    3. The promoter or sponsor do not accept any responsibility and are not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up your prize.
  4. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter or sponsor, any agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  1. Data protection and publicity
    1. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as otherwise set out in the promoter’s Privacy Policy a copy of which is available on our website.
    2. If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the promoter.
    3. If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify the promoter or sponsor prior to the closing date of the relevant competition. This will not affect your chances of winning a prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the competition, we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove that the competition has been properly administered and the Prize awarded.
    4. If you are the winner of the competition, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of your identity in order to confirm your eligibility to claim the prize and transfer ownership of the prize to you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You are entitled to request further details about how your personal information is being used. You may also withdraw your consent to your personal information being used in such way but by doing so you may prevent the prize being transferred to you. In such circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition and forfeit the prize. You will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. The promoter or sponsor reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible winner selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date.
    5. Please note that under data protection laws you are entitled to request that the promoter or sponsor does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request, you will be withdrawing from the competition as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if you withdraw from the competition. If you do not wish any of your personal details to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please email us at ask@riflemanfirearms.co.uk prior to the closing date.
  2. General
    1. The promoter or sponsor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on our website.
    2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoter or sponsor may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and any future competitions.
    3. The promoter or sponsor reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    4. The competitions on the website are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any Social Media organisation. By entering the competitions, Entrants agree that no Social Media company has any liability and is not responsible for the administration or promotion of the competitions.
    5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
    6. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.

Example additional conditions where the prize is a registered firearm or shotgun.

    1. If the Prize is a firearm or shotgun:
      1. the promoter or sponsor will ensure that the winner is fully licensed to accept and use either a shotgun or firearm.
      2. No shooting insurance is included with a firearm or shotgun prize.
      3. Prior to collection (either by us or from your local dealer if we ship it to them) you must send us your firearms or shotgun certificate for us to enter the firearm or shotgun on to it prior to secure courier to your local dealer. NO COPIES OF EITHER LICENSE IS LAWFUL.
      4. No ammunition or cartridges are included in the prize (unless otherwise stated). If they are, no ammunition or cartridges will be shipped to another dealer for collection. These items will be in-store collection only at Rifleman Firearms Ltd.
      5. the Winner is solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary hearing and eye safety equipment and clothing whilst shooting.
